Jeff Partin Manager
Jeff Partin, CPA and licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas , began his real estate career in 1998 when he worked for a mid-size, multi-family General Contractor, Lamar Construction, Inc., as their General Manager. As General Manager, Jeff worked closely with their multi-family land development partner on several projects as well as oversaw the operator responsible for managing multi-family properties owned by Lamar Construction, Inc.’s principal, Robert Partin. Jeff was also responsible for managing the accounting office and back-office personnel.
Jeff Partin started his firm in July 2008 after 15 years in the private industry. Prior to starting the firm, he spent 6 years at a mid-size residential land development company in Houston, TX, including 4 years serving as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Jeff spent 4 years working for a multi-family general contractor and 1 year with a CPA firm that specialized in the homebuilding, real estate and construction industries. The balance of his experience is in manufacturing.

ROBERT PARTIN Manager
Robert Partin began his multi-family career in 1970, during his sophomore year at the University of Houston, when he began working for a Houston based multi-family developer/builder. Robert’s initial duties included such innocuous construction tasks as demolition, onsite cleaning, pumping storm water from sites, truck driving, etc. However, these duties provided an important foundation for Robert’s 40 plus year career (and still counting) in the development and construction of multi-family projects.
